I am also the proud Owner of Restorative Zen & Wellness LLC, where my passion is guiding clients toward a deeper sense of well-being, balance, and vitality.

My work combines holistic, intuitive touch with evidence-based techniques, specializing in pain management, injury recovery, pre/post-operative care, and auricular acupuncture. Through my training in massage therapy, Reiki, sound healing, and 5 NP auricular acupuncture, I integrate both the physical and energetic aspects of healing to help you feel fully restored—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
